That's why we offer complimentary loaner vehicles with qualifying repairs expected to take two hours or longer. Whether you're heading to work, running errands, or picking up the kids, our loaner vehicle program helps you stay on schedule while our ASE-certified technicians take care of your vehicle. Loaner vehicles are available on a first-come, first-served basis for qualifying services at our Belleville and O'Fallon locations. When scheduling your appointment, simply let our service advisors know you'll need a loaner, and we'll be happy to discuss availability and eligibility requirements. Complimentary Loaner Vehicles

At Mission Accomplished Tire & Auto, we know that being without your vehicle can disrupt your entire day. That's why we offer complimentary loaner vehicles for qualifying repairs and services expected to take two hours or longer. Our loaner program helps you continue with work, school, errands, and other daily activities while our ASE-certified technicians complete your vehicle's service.

Loaner vehicles are available to customers visiting our Belleville and O'Fallon locations. Because availability is limited, we recommend requesting a loaner when scheduling your appointment.

Loaner Vehicle Requirements

To participate in our complimentary loaner vehicle program, customers must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Present a valid driver's license.
  • Provide proof of current automobile insurance.
  • Provide a valid credit or debit card.
  • Sign the Mission Accomplished Tire & Auto Loaner Vehicle Agreement before taking possession of the vehicle.
Loaner Vehicle Policies

To ensure our loaner program remains available for all customers, we ask that the following policies be observed:

  • Loaner vehicles are available only for qualifying repairs and services expected to exceed two hours.
  • Vehicles should be returned within 24 hours after you are notified that your repair has been completed.
  • Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as when they were checked out. A fuel replacement charge of $5.00 per gallon applies if additional fuel is required.
  • A daily driving limit of 125 miles applies. Additional mileage is billed at $0.55 per mile.
  • No smoking or pets are permitted inside loaner vehicles. A cleaning/detailing fee of $299.95 will be assessed if these policies are violated.
Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for any tolls, parking fees, traffic citations, moving violations, or other charges incurred while using a loaner vehicle. The customer is also responsible for any damage that occurs during the loan period. In the event of an accident or damage, your personal automobile insurance serves as the primary insurance coverage, and you should contact your insurance carrier immediately.
